Master in Environmental Engineering and degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental branch from the Faculty of Science and Technology of Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 1989. She has a Postgraduate degree in Integrated Systems Management Systems - Environment, Safety and Quality, having obtained the auditor qualification in Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Systems.
He specializes in project management, management of multidisciplinary teams, risks and climate change, land use planning, water resources management, Environmental Impact Assessment, environmental management and sustainability. He has over 32 years of experience working in the environmental field.
